After revealing the first Marvel’s Avengers character profile and gameplay teaser highlighting Captain America last week, developer Crystal Dynamics and publisher Square Enix have now released the second video, focusing on the green giant – the Incredible Hulk. It is also confirmed in the video that Hulk’s alternate persona Joe Fixit is making an appearance in the title as an unlockable skin.
Check out the 30-second teaser to get an understanding of what to expect from this superhero in the game. While we are it, we must admit that Joe Fixit, aka the Grey Hulk, looks quite cool in a dapper pinstriped suit and a matching fedora. Though the outfit was leaked earlier and many of you must have already had a look at it, here’s one from the official source –

For the uninitiated, read below the official story synopsis for Marvel’s Avengers –
“Marvel’s Avengers begins at A-Day, where Captain America, Iron Man, the Hulk, Black Widow, and Thor are unveiling a hi-tech Avengers Headquarters in San Francisco — including the reveal of their own helicarrier powered by an experimental energy source. The celebration turns deadly when a catastrophic accident results in massive devastation. Blamed for the tragedy, the Avengers disband. Five years later, with all Super Heroes outlawed and the world in peril, the only hope is to reassemble Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.”
The Avengers game was first announced back in January 2017 alongside a short teaser. Not many details had been shared about the project since then except for that the Tomb Raider studio Crystal Dynamics is handling the development of the video game in association with Eidos Montreal.
Developer Eidos Montreal is assisting Crystal Dynamics on the game. Marvel’s Avengers is coming to PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia on May 15, 2020 for $60.
